3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Personal, Pro, and Max). If you're not satisfied with Floma for any reason, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@getfloma.com within 3 days of your purchase with:
- Your email address used for the purchase
- Order confirmation or receipt
- Brief reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
After the 3-Day Window
After the 3-day refund period has expired, all charges are final and non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
When you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your Stripe customer portal
- Emailing support@getfloma.com
Monthly subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until you cancel.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Purchases made more than 3 days ago
- Renewals of existing subscriptions (cancel before renewal instead)
- Usage-based charges or overage fees
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
